1. Agreement to Terms

By joining the Peptide Partner Program ("Program") operated by TriLife Wellness ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Partner," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

2. Program Description

The Peptide Partner Program is an affiliate partnership that allows licensed healthcare clinics and practitioners to earn commissions by referring patients to purchase peptide therapy products through unique affiliate links.

3. Eligibility

To participate, you must be a licensed healthcare provider, clinic, or authorized wellness professional operating in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We reserve the right to verify credentials and deny or revoke participation at our discretion.

4. Commission Structure

• Partners earn a 20% commission on qualifying orders placed through their unique affiliate link.
• Commissions are tracked automatically and paid on a monthly basis.
• Minimum payout threshold is $50. Balances below this amount roll over to the next payment cycle.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions on fraudulent, returned, or disputed orders.

5. Partner Obligations

As a Partner, you agree to:

• Represent our products accurately and in compliance with all applicable advertising regulations
• Not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated health claims about peptide products
• Comply with FTC disclosure requirements when promoting affiliate links
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices
• Not bid on our branded keywords in paid search advertising without prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

Marketing materials, logos, and content provided through the Program remain the property of TriLife Wellness. Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials solely for Program promotion. Unauthorized use or modification is prohibited.

7. Product Compliance

All peptide products are sourced from FDA-registered facilities and manufactured in compliance with applicable regulations. Partners should not represent products as FDA-approved drugs unless specifically indicated. Product availability and formulations are subject to change.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 60 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

TriLife Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriLife Wellness from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your promotional activities, violation of these Terms, or breach of any applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
